AVOCADO-TOMATO BREAD - VEGAN
Today I had a whole wheat bread with smashed avocado and tomatoes for lunch. I seasoned it with pepper, salt and some soybean sprouts. It is simple, yet very tasty and most of all - vegan. Enjoy!
